As a ministry of FaithWay Baptist Church, FaithWay Christian Academy exists to disciple students biblically through academic integrity, spiritual excellence, and leadership development to love truth and serve faithfully in their local church.
When to Apply
We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year. FaithWay Christian Academy encourages families to begin the application process as soon as possible. Applications and fees are submitted online.
How to Apply
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. It not only simplifies submission but also provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. Please download the Student Application Form (Grades 3 and up). It must be completed independently by the applicant, neatly and legibly by hand. Once finished, upload the document through the online portal. A printed copy of the form is also available for pickup in the school office.
Criteria for Applying
If you have already toured the school and completed the family interview, you may continue the admissions process by submitting your online application.
1. Church Affiliation - FaithWay Christian Academy exists primarily for the edification of the faithful families of FaithWay Baptist Church and other churches who agree with our statement of faith. We desire that FaithWay Christian Academy students and families maintain a unity of mind and spirit regarding doctrine, philosophy, and standards for worship.
2. Faithful Church Attendance - The parent’s should demonstrate their love for the Lord, commitment to spiritual growth, and desire to train their children by faithfully attending FaithWay Baptist Church or a ministry that agrees with our statement of faith. FaithWay Christian Academy admits and retains only students who, along with their parents, faithfully attend their local church services.
3. Pastoral Reference - FaithWay Christian Academy requires a pastoral reference as part of the enrollment process.
4. Transferring in Good Standing - FaithWay Christian Academy only admits a student who transfers from the former school in good standing. The school is not designed to meet the special needs of students with unusual behavior, spiritual, academic, social, or physical problems. In evaluating a potential student, admission testing and interviews are customarily required.
5. Willingness to Meet Enrollment Expectations - At FaithWay Christian Academy we seek to set and maintain standards for student conduct, dress, philosophy of life, procedures, and scholarship that honor the Lord and demonstrate a spirit of excellence. FaithWay Christian Academy admits only those students who want to be enrolled. In addition, students and parents must willingly sign the Statement of Faith and Standards of Conduct agreement. Students must continue to indicate this desire via the annual re-enrollment process.
6. Five years old by Aug. 1 (Kindergarten) - Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by August 1.
Creating an Online Application
To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.
You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to upload required documents, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and print the completed applications.
3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the $50 application fee.
